From the Parco side of JR Chiba station, find the street that runs between JR Chiba station and Sogo. Walk along that street for about 100m towards Nishi Chiba and you'll see a Lawson on your right. Walk behind the Lawson on the track side and Ocean Deep is behind SAPIX - behind the Lawson. From the WEST exit of JR Chiba station, turn LEFT out of the ticket gate and walk to the steps. (You can see OD's sail sign behind SAPIX on the Tokyo side). Go down the first stairs on the right and walk past the Lawson on the TRACK SIDE. Ocean Deep is next to SAPIX - behind the Lawson.
