Located in Chiba City, Breezy Cafe offers a little bit of everything under one roof. They have a vast wine and cocktail list, private rooms for large parties, they carry Yebisu and Sapporo beers on tap, offer free board games, have several large flat-screen TV's, and a menu full of delicious food that could rival most expensive restaurants. Breezy is also quite clean, sleek and stylish. On the outside the cafe/bar looks quite upscale and expensive but all their prices are reasonable. A couple can come and have drinks and an appetizer for around 2000 yen. This is definitely a good place for couples as it doesn't have that typical "guy's bar" feel. When dining here we observed both couples and singles enjoying themselves. Breezy is a great place to go for a nice chat or a great starting point for a night out. It is also a great place for couples but singles and friends can also enjoy the Breezy environment. In addition there are occassional events with DJ's and bands so be sure to check the event calendar to see if you there is an upcoming event!
