Breezy Cafe and Bar

Located in Chiba City, Breezy Cafe offers a little bit of everything under one roof. They have a vast wine and cocktail list, private rooms for large parties, they carry Yebisu and Sapporo beers on tap, offer free board games, have several large flat-screen TV's, and a menu full of delicious food that could rival most expensive restaurants.

Breezy is also quite clean, sleek and stylish. On the outside the cafe/bar looks quite upscale and expensive but all their prices are reasonable. A couple can come and have drinks and an appetizer for around 2000 yen. This is definitely a good place for couples as it doesn't have that typical guy bar feel. When dining here we observed both couples and singles enjoying themselves.

Breezy is a great place to go for a nice chat or a great starting point for a night out. It is also a great place for couples but singles and friends can also enjoy the Breezy environment.
