Exiting straight from the Keisei Chiba Chuo Station on the left side of the road you can find a sign for Rix's Oriental Dining. By going the stairs to the bottom floor you can find the restaurant with nice and decor and they offer a variety of foods from the Asian region.
The menu ranges from Thai curries to tastes from Taiwan. There is also a daily menu that changes each day. If you like your food spicy or if you heat-adverse don't worry because they will happily adjust the level of spice at your request.
Menus are in Japanese so if your Japanese is lacking it might be best to bring along a friend to help you navigate through the choices.
